Day 20: Bend, Oregon to Klamath Falls, Oregon

The picture shows the view northward from the rim of Crater Lake. We take a hair-raising ride round the rim with unprotected drops in the anticlockwise lane. We are held some while for single-line working while looking down. I age several years in half an hour.

We ride past Upper Klamath Lake which has white pelicans. We photograph the First National Bank building, downtown Klamath Falls, Oregon. An early finish here after checking out the thrift and antique stores. We get the car cleaned by a bunch of schoolgirls who are fundraising for a school basketball trip to Medford, Oregon.
