Brit Macau sweep

Danny Watts cruised to victory in the Porsche Carrera race at Macau. Matthew Marsh crashed out at the start.
In a good day for the Brits Mike Conway won the F3 Grand Prix and Andy Priaulx won the World Touring car Championship.

I'm back home from Hong Kong and Macau and feeling jetlagged - back to work tomorrow - far too soon. Long flight west on Cathay Pacific. Wet and windy back here - arrived 05:00 Heathrow - no bus, no info re Gatwick connection. How the tourists manage who knows?

Macau Grand Prix 2000  - NOVEMBER 19TH

The Grand Prix was won by local hero Andre Couto for Opel Team BSR in a Dallara F399 Opel Spiess. This victory was a long time coming for Couto, who won at his sixth attempt, but also for team manager Bertram Schäfer who last won the Grand Prix with the Dane John Nielsen back in 1984.

Matthew Marsh, resident in Hong Kong, drove a Renault Spider in the
Deutsche Bank Private Banking Super Car Challenge .

Uphill Battle Tour

For their autumn tour Jack and Richard chose two Moulton bicycles to ride from near Oswestry, Shropshire to Lewes in Sussex. Rupert to join ...
